Construction Reaches New Heights at Evermont Mixed-Use Development in South Los Angeles
Upon Completion, CRCD’s Transit-Oriented Project Will Bring Essential Affordable Housing, Retail, and a State-of-the-Art Metro Training and Innovation Center to Vermont and Manchester Intersection
Los Angeles, CA, November 27, 2023 —
The Coalition for Responsible Community Development (CRCD), in collaboration with BRIDGE Housing, Primestor Development (Primestor), LA County Supervisor Holly Mitchell and LA Councilman MarqueeceHarris-Dawson, proudly celebrated a significant milestone with a ‘Topping Out’ ceremony for the Evermont development at Vermont and Manchester. This exceptional mixed-use development is currently under construction in the heart of South Los Angeles. The recent celebration marked the successful completion of the seven-story structure’s full height, symbolizing the halfway point of construction. Groundbreaking for Evermont took place in April 2022, and its expected completion is set for Q3 2024.
